Our take
I've used the Cuisinart Mini-Prep for years, and this DLC-2A version is nearly identical to the newer models. The pearl pink color is fun. The 24 oz bowl is perfect for dicing onions or grating cheese. The motor is a bit louder than I'd like, but it gets the job done. The auto-reversing feature prevents food from getting stuck. It's easy to clean and assemble. However, the single blade design means you can't slice or shred—just chop and mix. For the price, it's a solid little processor.
